ATF Flushing

A standard drain-and-fill changes only the fluid sitting in the pan; roughly half of the old, oxidised ATF stays trapped in the torque converter, cooler and galleries. A machine flush cycles fresh fluid through the whole circuit until what comes out is as clean as what goes in.

We use the correct specification fluid for your transmission, modern units are extremely fussy about this, and the wrong ATF will cause shudder within weeks. We'll also tell you honestly when a flush is the wrong idea: on a badly neglected, high-mileage gearbox, a drain-and-fill is sometimes the safer call.
