What's covered
- Internal components replaced or reconditioned during the rebuild
- Workmanship on the overhaul, torque converter and valve body work we performed
- Re-inspection and re-work of the transmission we supplied, on the terms stated on your invoice

What's not covered
- Damage from accidents, flooding, towing beyond the vehicle's rating or competitive driving
- Faults caused by engine, cooling or electrical problems outside the transmission
- Work carried out on the transmission by another workshop during the warranty period
- Neglected servicing, including missed fluid changes at the interval we specify
How to make a claim
- 01
Stop driving the car if the gearbox is slipping, overheating or making noise. Continuing can turn a small fault into a rebuild.

WhatsApp or call the workshop with your invoice number and a description of the symptoms.

Bring the vehicle to No. 49, Jalan SBC 3. We inspect it in-house and confirm whether it falls under warranty.

A repair that falls under warranty costs you nothing for parts or labour.
- 05
What the warranty covers for your job is set out on your invoice, which is the binding document.
