Valve Body Service

The valve body is the transmission's hydraulic brain. A maze of passages, springs and solenoids that decides when and how hard each shift happens. Wear in the bores, a stuck solenoid or a tired separator plate produces delayed engagement, flare-ups between gears, or shifts that arrive like a kick.

We remove and bench-test the valve body, clean every passage, replace worn solenoids and seals, and where the bores themselves are worn we fit oversized valves rather than sending the same fault back out. It is often a far cheaper fix than the full overhaul customers expect.
